It’s winter. Your skin is probably dry right now. It’s going to get dryer — then it’s going to get really dry. So, let’s cut to the quick. Here are the creams, lotions, butters and oils you need this winter.

Tumerica Hair and Body Oil
Turmeric is one of the year’s hottest ingredients! Tumerica has created the simplest of oils to capitalize on our latest ingredient obsession. This product contains two ingredients: fractionated coconut oil (coconut oil with long chain fatty acids removed) and turmeric extract (reputed for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties). The Tumerica Hair & Body oil is a lightweight liquid that absorbs readily into skin leaving behind a satiny finish. ($21.99 on Amazon.com)
Winter Skincare Tip
It is best to apply all lotions, oils, creams and butters to damp (towel dried) skin. If your skin is completely dry, do not apply only an oil because it will just sit on top of your skin. You cannot moisturize without water so if you choose to only use an oil, do it while skin is still wet. Layer an oil over your favorite cream, lotion, or butter to get maximum moisture. #dontbeashy
We love the tip at the end. Dampening the skin allows for better absorption. Exfoliation is important for winter skin too.
Udderly Smooth Body Cream Skin Moisturizer… I see what they did there, hehe 🙂 I’m a big fan of La Roche Posay’s Lipikar Baume formula, it’s soooooooo nourishing.
Such a cute name! I also want to try La Roche Posay product. 🙂
Face masks are at the top of my list this year, especially the ones from peter Thomas Roth and glamglow!
