TTB Features: “May Cause Miracles” by Gabrielle Bernstein

At ThisThatBeauty, our focus is  more often than not on outer beauty. We often speak about tips to stay fit, live a healthier life, so, it is only fitting that we also focus some energy on beautifying and strengthening our mind and spirit.   Much of the secret to overall wellness has a mind/body connection; this was crystalized when I recently attended the book launch “May Cause Miracles,”  by Gabrielle Bernstein. Bernstein’s new book is a great way to help align our focus on outer beauty with that which results from a strong mind/body connection.
