If you know Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics, OCC, chances are the first OCC product you tried was their Lip Tar; a highly pigmented, vegan and cruelty free lip product that has a cult following. To expand on their color range they’ve launched 12 new cosmetic colour pencils.
The first wave of OCC Cosmetic Colour Pencils range from everyday essential neutrals (Trick, Pennyroyal, Sybil), compliments to best-selling Lip Tar shades (Anime, Black Dahlia, NSFW) and playful vivids (Pool Boy, Hoochie, Grandma).
The launch also includes a clear, invisible liner ‘Anti-Feathered.’ The full list of pencils can be seen below.

Anime, Black Dahlia, Grandma, Hoochie and Trick are not recommended for use in the immediate eye area. All other products are safe for all over body and face use.
