Big congrats to everyone who attempted to complete or completed all 1400 squats that was our first challenge and shout out to all who attempted or completed the second challenge that was focused on the abs. If you are like me, you probably mixed in a bit of the first challenge with the second just for fun! (but also because I’m on the #NoTShirtOnTheBeach quest)
It’s time for Challenge number three! As was the case with the first two challenges, this is to be done in addition to any workout you are currently doing and it is to be done for 7 consecutive days. If you are not currently on a workout plan, hmmm….what are you waiting for? Please start TODAY!
