Who doesn’t like a nice, toned tush? Anyone? I thought so. For the final week in our month long challenge, I thought I would share Dr Oz’s “Fat Butt-Busting Workout.” As a test I did all these moves in one go and I have to say…DA-YUM! I was feeling tingling in muscles that I did not know existed.
