Despite my penchant for Loubotins for special occasions, when it comes to everyday real life I am a practical shoe girl at heart. My Tsubo crush du jour is the Messela boot in Chestnut Brown ($200). These babies go the distance and withstand my daily grind in the concrete jungle. The equestrian inspired detail adds a rich touch to the shaft. The boot has elasticized gussets for custom fit. The leather insole provides maximum support and extra cushioning with every step. My favorite feature by far is this nubby traction grip on the bottom of the sole! These boots are made for walking!
