Hmmm, no one! So I jumped in with both feet.

The Promise

What I Got

As I mentioned before I do not have eye wrinkles (from my lips to the ears of father time). However, what I do have is the occasional puffiness and irritation, usually as a result of my allergies. This serum is extremely light and soothing…especially soothing if stored in the refrigerator. I got a somewhat softened look around my eye area and noticeable reduction in puffiness over time. I have used eye creams in the past that I could feel on my skin after I applied them. Dermalogica UltraSmoothing Eye Serum disappeared into the skin almost immediately. The syringe-like packaging is genius because the serum is not exposed to the elements and is not contaminated by repeatedly reaching into a jar.

Who Should Use This

If you are over 25 you should be using an eye cream, that’s just what it is. Dermalogica UltraSmoothing Eye Serum is formulated to encourage collagen production, so, obviously this is great for mature skin. However, if you have sensitive eyes, or if you’re prone to puffiness and dryness in the eye area, this will work wonders for you…if you store it in the refrigerator, as I do.

Application

According to Annett King, Dermalogica’s Director of Global Education, the best way to apply your eye cream is with your ring finger because it offers the lightest touch. Add serum to ring finger and lightly tap eyes from the outer corner working your way to the inner corner, over the lid and back to the outer corner. Continue this motion until serum is completely absorbed.
