My heart goes out to them and their bank accounts because expensive. It’s not cheap or easy being a Bridesmaid these days. So when I learned about a new service that helps simplify the process, I had to do a little PSA.
WHAT IT IS:
UNION STATION is the first online boutique to offer bridesmaids dresses for rent. Yesss…you no longer need to own that awful dandelion, taffeta frock that you will NEVER EVER wear again in life. UNION STATION is like an online one stop wedding shop for the modern bride, her bridesmaids and groomsmen.
HOW IS WORKS:
The bride peruses the site (OR…HINT: If your friend is getting married, politely suggest this site). She then picks the Bridesmaid dresses, colors and orders swatches. Once the bride makes her selects, she registers the wedding party and UNION STATION coordinates directly with the bridal party.
Bridesmaids receive their chosen style in two sizes. Rentals arrive 2 weeks before the wedding and Bridesmaids simply return the dresses in UNION STATION’s pre-paid packaging. This is seriously too easy, girls!

Brides — Please understand and comply and make life just a little bit easier for those participating in your big day….because actually OWNING a closet full off never-to-be-worn-again bridal party dresses is just a little bit ridiculous.
