Smart Cover to the rescue!

Please allow me to set the scene…

Your best friend just got engaged and asks you to be a bridesmaid in her summer wedding. Naturally, you’re thrilled for your BFF but the thought of wearing a strapless gown and showing off your “Johnny’s Girl” heart shaped right bosom tattoo has you totally freaking out! What’s a girl today?
Smart Cover is deeply pigmented camouflage makeup that conceals both minor and major imperfections like tattoos, birthmarks, and varicose veins.  The Smart Cover kit comes in two options:

  • An assortment of 4 Concealing cremes
  • One Color Corrector so you can match most skin tones on your face and body
  • One Moisture Primer Lotion
  • Cover Stick for dark eye circles
  • One Vitamin Stick for fine lines
  • Perfect Touch Camouflage Creme
  • Compact Finishing Powder & Puff, for quick touch ups
  • One Natural Bronzer
  • One Lip Anti-Feathering Stick
  • One Papaya Cleanser
  • Two make-up brushes, and two sponges
  • The kit comes in a convenient cosmetic bag with detailed instructions that you can easily follow at home.

This 10 piece Kit contains everything you need to conceal major to minor skin imperfections on the face and body. Waterproof, non-comedogenic & dermatologist tested.

Each kit comes in either light or dark.

Ok, confession time. I have a tiny  tattoo  on my upper right shoulder. It sort of looks like a firefly, i guess. Yea, makes perfect sense, I know. I was like 19 when I got it. Sue me!

Anyhoo, for the most part, this tiny bit of  regrettable  ink does not bother me because it’s  pretty  much out  of  sight/out of mind. But on  occasion, I am invited to attend swanky formal  corporate  galas, and lets just say ye ol firefly tattoo  aint so fly when I’m seated at table #5 with the CEO. For occasions  like  this, Smart Cover is perf!

See below for before and after pics of actual Smart Cover customers. And of course I threw in a MissThisThatBeauty before and after.

Miss ThisThatBeauty – BEFORE (what the h*ll was I thinking???)

AFTER with Smart Cover. You see I got a little cover up on my dress.
I probably could have blended the setting powder a little better…but still, the tattoo is GONE!
Pretty neat, huh?

AFTER shots with no flash.
Imagine at an event in low lighting…the  tattoo practically disappears
These photos HAVE NOT been retouched!

Anyone out there have the need for Smart Cover?

This product looks like it works great. You got amazing results! I'd use it on my teen daughter's 2 birthmarks….she's in my niece's wedding. They would show and she hates them. And it probably would work on my flaws too. Thanks!

  • I'd love to try this out, in my early twenties I got a tatoo that didn't come like it was supposed too, & it's pretty large. I've avoided tank tops & some short sleeve shirts since then.

Looks pretty awesome! I am in a wedding in August and we're supposed to wear our hair up, unfortunately my ex huusbands name is inked on my neck so I've been looking for a cover up that works.

These are wonderful sets. I'd actually try to use this to help my DH help cover his rosacea, and some of the zapping treatments that leave him bruised, etc. If this could help his self esteem, and make him feel better, who could ask for anything more? (He hates looking like a boiled piece of pork.) Also a wonderful addition to my makeup kit to help all of my clients try to feel as beautiful as they can, so they can stand a little taller and a little prouder. Thank you.

Hello! I was born with a port wine birthmark on the left side of my face! A few years ago, I was hoping to finally get rid of it via laser treatments, but I have the kind that comes back after the treatments.
I would very much love to try this Smart Cover rescue!
    Many thanks, Cindi

    Fab giveaway!

  • I would love to try this on my legs.

  • Kennedy's Gma says:

Wow..I have a huge surgical scar starting at my ankle that goes up 6
inches. Front and side of leg..augh! Although I'm not ashamed of my scar, obtained it from a car accident, it would be nice to wear shorter summer/dresses and the scar is not so obvious.

  • I would love to try this!

  • This is amazing..I'd love to give it a whirl to hide a hideous tattoo on my arm that momma said NOT to get. So wish I had listened!

    tee_004@yahoo.com

  • OMG, it really does cover the tat beautifully. I need to invest in some of this stuff. Granted I love my wrist tat more than life itself but it's not always professional and I hate letting my old skool Grandparents see it. Must.Get.Now.

  • Felicia/ ThisThatBeauty says:

    @KinKee – no, i was just a little messy 🙁

  • Thats GREAT! Does it leave any residue on your clothes?

  • KissyFace Artistry says:

Wow! It covered your tat amazingly. I'm planning on getting a few. There are those who are deadset against them so this would be perfect for those occasions when they're not so "appropriate". I'll get to have my cake and eat it too.

  • I'd love to try this out to see if it can hide my dark circles and birthmarks!
