As we’re now well into the start of the new year, it goes without saying that new trends already have, and will continue to emerge in 2016. This year, pink makeup has officially arrived, breathing new life into the typically darker makeup routine of winter.
The key to not going overboard? Keep most of the face neutral, and highlight solely the cheeks and lips for a fresh, I woke up like this, minimalist approach. Tame brows with a clear gel and add a few swipes of mascara. Many celebrities, such as Zendaya, and Star Wars, The Force Awakens star, Daisy Ridley, have been spotted rocking the pink makeup trend. Kylie Jenner also recently announced an addition of a pink shade to her roster of lip colors (which I’m totally buying, obviously) named, “Posie K,” just in time for V-Day.
