A product can work for me beautifully but that will never stop me from trying something new that’s being touted as the latest and greatest. I guess that’s what makes me Ms. ThisThatBeauty!…I’m always game to try something new.

According to Laura Mercier this product may be used alone or as a primer to prevent creasing. Hmmmm, a product that stops creasing? OK!
You all know that I am a devout user of Urban Decay Primer Potion…It’s been my go-to primer for years so I was open to trying something new. WHY NOT?

I am sad to report that Laura Mercier Eye Basics did not live up to its promise. My eye shadow creased within a couple of hours and the consistency was very, well, inconsistent. It was almost impossible to get an even spread.
Now yall know how much I hate writing a bad review…so I asked my BFF to give Eye Basics a try. Boo…same results! Darn I hate when this happens.
