How do you know when you have a winning manicure? Is it when you take every opportunity to admire your nails? Maybe it’s when all the beauty lovers you encounter pay you compliments. Then again, it might be when a random security guard says “I love your nail polish!” and goes on to explain why. Maybe it’s all three…and by those measures, Under Where by Essie makes for a great manicure.
It took me three coats to get the coverage seen below but it was well worth it. I topped with one of my favorite top coats and it wore for a full week.
