Lipo in a Box

In an effort to keep things fresh and sexy for my ThisThatBeauty readers, I am once again calling on one of my super supportive girlies to help out with a product review.

Now I love being a beauty product guinea pig just as much as the next beauty blogger but sometimes a sister gets a little overwhelmed and needs a helping hand…or in this case, a helping mid-section.

So for the review of Lipo in a Box, I called upon R. Thomas from Brooklyn, NY. BK, stand up!

When I first learned of Lipo in a Box I was immediately intrigued and wanted to learn more. Being a long time SPANX wearer, I totally understand the need for great shapewear (the term “girdle” is so fifty years ago). And while I can not complain that I have mountains of lumps and bumps (thanks for the slim gene, mom!), I do enjoy a nice smoothing out under my dresses.

Without further ado, I give you R. Thomas’ review of Lipo in a Box:

Thong Body Suit with Underwire

When I heard the product name, “Lipo in a Box”, I was truly excited and couldn’t wait to give it a test run. Frankly, I can’t afford the traditional procedure so was thrilled to learn that it now comes in a box. LOL. When I received it, I couldn’t wait to try it on. My expectation, again given the name, was that I’d have a new figure immediately. I totally expected my problem area (aka the mid-section) to pretty much disappear; and that my sides and front (aka tires and donuts) would be pulled in and that I’d at least come close to an hour glass figure…..

While the outcome was not quite a true “lipo–like” effect, the “box” treatment, does offer moderate support and is effective in softening the craters of the creases. My overall appearance with Lipo In a Box was a bit sleeker.

I would love to see two improvements to this product.

1) Lipo in a Box Thong Bodysuit offered minimal “headlight” protection in the boobage area, if you know what I mean. A little padding would help that.

2) Snaps to separate the thong would be very helpful for bathroom breaks.

All in all, Lipo in a Box/ Thong Body Suit with Underwire is a good undergarment for ladies in need of a little support and smoothing out of the lumps.

For the rest of you out there, who like me, can use a little smoothing of the mid section and thighs, give Lipo in a Box a try. My personal fav is the Bodysuit with Legs in Chocolate Brown 🙂
