High School Musical, sort of…

Hey  everyone!

I’m sorry I’ve been MIA since Friday’s post.
This weekend I celebrated my 15 year high school reunion – Arts High School Class of 1993.  I named this post “High School Musical, sort of” because Arts High School is a performing arts school…which explains the daily drama I bring to ThisThatBeauty, eh 🙂 ?
So today’s post will not talk directly about makeup..but still includes “beauty”. First and foremost, my friends are insanely  gorgeous  on the inside…and as you’ll see from the pictures below, they don’t do too bad on the outside either. HOT DAMN!
Friendship is a thing of beauty, folks.  Embrace all of the friends in your life!
PS:  I’ll be back on the makeup tip by  Wednesday.
I have  something  very  exciting  in the works to announce.  I promise it  will  be worth the wait.
Here I am with the lovely Renee, an avid TTB reader.  Ms Renee travelled all the way from NC to attend the reunion.  She stopped by the crib for a lil TTB makeover.  We used mainly MAC and Bobbi Brown.
Here I am with my sisters for real…Yonkez and Monireh.  These ladies hold me down daily and I love them for that!

Here I am with little Miss Teaya.  We go back to  like  first grade.  No lie.  We grew up a few blocks from each other and went to school together our entire lives…and even went to the same college.  Go Rutgers!

  • Thanks answercker –
Above all, my friends and family rule! Nothing’s more important. Which puts TTB right up there because I truly feel like my TTB readers are my friends and fam 🙂

Loved this ‘Behind the Beauty Brush’ episode of TTB. It speaks volumes that the passion and energy you put into this blog are nothing to what you put into maintaining true friendships.
