Hana Professional Ceramic Flat Iron

Have you tried Hana Professional Ceramic Flat Iron?

This bad boy is serious business!  I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve been hitting the snooze button on the whole “ceramic” flat iron craze.  I usually do a wash and roller set once a week and call it a day. But the Hana Professional Ceramic Iron and its fancy claims have  piqued my interest. Hana claims that their flat iron uses the power of accelerated negative ions to repair hair follicles and seal in natural oils for a sleek salon quality look that lasts all day.

Hmmmm, this requires some investigation….
See my results below and you be the judge. Personally, I’m thinking my results are pretty darn close to salon quality. But what say you? Leave a comment:)

  • SweetNitengale says:

Your hair is so pretty and that flat iron is no joke! Think I'm gonna have to do some investigating of my own. I haven't relaxed my hair in 11 months so if it worked on those kinda naps, then that'd be saying something!!!

  • Felicia/ ThisThatBeauty says:

@KissyFace – I rarely do heat. The iron was very gentle.
@B – Thanks darling! I admire the strength of the natural girl. I cant do it. Cant do it I say. I'm really blessed to have healthy relaxed hair. I kno wmany sisters have major issues with relaxers.
@Milan – Thats a huge compliment coming from you! Your hair is gorg!!!

  • Milan Angel says:

    You have beautiful hair! 🙂

  • People think a natural girl can't marvel at the beauty of my relaxed sisters but I can and I do dammit. LOL! My hair never eveeer looked that good when I was perming.

  • KissyFace Artistry says:

It looks amazing….. I try to stay away from direct heat but when I do use it I'd like to have something of great quality to get the job done.

  • Felicia/ ThisThatBeauty says:

@Miss Yaya – Look into it. No complains from me on this one

@KinKee – I have never tried CHI…other than their silk fusion and keratin mist

@Deb – For pricing click link. Not sure how this works on au naturale hair. Good ques!

@Sable – Aww, youre too sweet.. I was really on Aphoghee for a while. Then ALter Ego. Now just lots of dirt. Seriously. My granny says that dirt makes things grow. I have been so busy that I wash less and my hair couldnt be healthier. I'll do a post on my regime at some point.

  • I concur with Deborah Estelle, your hair does always look great! What do products do you use?

  • Deborah Estelle says:

Your hair ALWAYS looks great! What is the price point? How do you think it will work on natural 3c-4a hair? Mine is super curly! But black girl curly! LOL!

  • Interesting, your hair does look "salon fresh". Have you heard how it compares to the Chi?

  • Miss Yaya says:

I think the color of it is fancy 🙂 I still need to do more research on flat irons, b/c I always seem to strike out.
