Hey pretty ladies (and handsome gents:)) –
What’s your take on the current fall makeup collections?
I’m a total makeup fiend so I’m gonna go ga-ga regardless. But I’m wondering what you guys are thinking. Who’s got the hottest fall makeup collection? Leave a comment:)
Here are some of Ms ThisThatBeauty’s personal favs —
The Smashbox Reign Collection
Bobbi Brown Nude Collection
@Glamour Whore. Cool stuff, huh?Glad you enjoyed the post:)
I like a few of them but I think I will add le Metier de Beaute Color Collection to my kit because I don't believe I have any of their products… Thanx, it was a great post!! xoxo
@Phyrra – Thanks for weighing in. diff strokes for diff folks, huh?:) I agree that the armani look rawks!!!
Bobbi Brown, Trish McEvoy, and Laura Mercier looks so boring 🙁
Giorgio Armandi is beautiful!
Smashbox looks fun, as does le Metier, Nars, and Lancome.
I like color, I really don't like the boring 'I'm not wearing any makeup' all the time.
@Deborah – Totally understandable. I kind of see "trends" as inspiration and not to be taken literally…but to be adjusted based on personal style, etc. I loves trends:)
@Chrystina – New here? Welcome:) Estee kind of surprised me as well. I'm glad this post spoke to you. Its great to be inspired, huh? Visit again:)
Im loving all of them NARS looks super fun, I know I'll be diving head first into that collection!! I was very pleasantly surprised on Lancome and Estee Lauder also! Two brands I love, but they tend to advertise to a more mature audience sometimes, so I loved their fall collections- more funky and experimental than usual, a little bit. The gold and stuff, so awesome.
I love them all for so many reasons, and I love that they all have something different to offer, it's not all the same thing, same trend. Which means I can have a bit of every single one!! Haha. I love that some are about drama, bold colors, natural, golds and bronze, fresh, light, dark. This post got me so excited haha. Thanks so much! Loooove your blog.
As much as I love beauty I guess I just don't get the "trends". Every season it looks the same to me, except some seasons either one feature seems to be highlighted more, or there is some "in" eye shadow color or technique. Since makeup is so personal though, based on lifestyle and personal style, it seems that it is all always already done. Maybe I'm just a makeup dud! LOL! I love looking at the looks but I just don't get it.
