Exclusive Makeup, aisle 6!

Starting this August, the uber fabulous all-in-one store loved by all, Tar-jay, is revamping its cosmetics section with the introduction of three exclusive makeup lines (phew…I gotta breathe!)

Jemma Kidd, Napoleon Perdis (who recently went MIA from the shelves of Sephora..could this be why?), and Pixi by Petra have all signed on to develop permanent beauty and makeup lines for Target. Happy happy joy joy! I am beside myself with excitement. What to expect, you ask?
Totally drool worthy sneak peak pics to follow right..about…NOW!
For starters…me think the above palette bares a striking resemblance to the Napoleon Perdis Light Patrol Luminizer Palette. Remember I called this my “go to” palette back in May
The palette shape is rectangular versus round, but the colors look very similar. Very interesting. And I’m sure this little gem will retail at Target for far less than its Sephora predecessor.

Check out this article as featured in Nylon Magazine:

“The megachain’s first designer makeup collaboration hits stores this August, listing London makeup artist Jemma Kidd, Australian cosmetics guru Napoleon Perdis, and Pixi by Petra on the roster.

Jemma’s line offers lip gloss and eyeliner in some pretty amazing colors (bronze, mint green, ice blue), and Pixi’s eyeshadow palettes feature the full rainbow for what you’d normally pay for a single shade.

NP’s blushes and bronzers come in more classic tones, so you can get makeup for night out as well as for work, making Target even more appealing for one-stop shopping that we previously thought possible.”
