TTB Faves: 2 Skincare Products to Boost Radiance and Increase Hydration

There are times when I try a product and after the first use I know it will make it to the favorites category. This was the case with both of  these products.  If you are looking for a lightweight serum to boost radiance, and a rich gentle cream to soothe dry winter skin and increase hydration, keep reading.

Eucerin Redness Relief Soothing Night Creme

Eucerin Redness Relief Soothing Night Creme

Don’t let the name fool you, this is an excellent moisturizer for all skin types.  I started using this after I had a mild irritation to a toner I was testing (perils of the job).  I wanted something that would soothe and moisturize my skin and this did an excellent job! So much so that I worked it into my everyday routine.  The featured ingredient in this creme is licochalcone, a skin soothing extract of licorice root. The creme itself has a gel like consistency that goes on nicely without feeling heavy on the skin. Though it is described as a night creme, I also use it in the daytime when temperatures are disrespectful, aka in the single digits. I can’t speak to the creme’s ability to relieve redness (because chocolatey :)), but it definitely soothed and moisturized my skin.  Eucerin Redness Relief Soothing Night Creme is fragrance free, oil-free and non-comedogenic. Paula’s Choice  Resist C15 Super Booster

Boost Radiance - Paula's Choice Resist C15 Super Booster

My favorite thing about this product is that I  noticed a difference in the look of my skin in just about a week! For me, that’s pretty impressive. My second favorite thing is the consistency,  it is lightweight and feels like a toner when applied to skin. I’m all about products that don’t stifle my skin.  Paula’s Choice  Resist C15 Super Booster uses a “blend of 15% stabilized vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid) at a pH of 3.0, antioxidant vitamin E, ferulic acid, and peptides repairs visible signs of aging and stimulates collagen production for smoother, brighter, and firmer skin.”  With continued use, it  will fade dark spots, even skin tone and boost radiance. You can add a few drops to your moisturizer or serum before applying it to your face, or you can press a few drops directly into cleansed, toned skin.  I prefer the latter and sometimes in the daytime, i’ll skip my moisturizer and go right my sunscreen of choice.  Paula’s Choice  Resist C15 Super Booster works on all skin types. • I have used Paula’s Choice exclusively since 2000 and my skin looks great. I have used the C-15 serum since it came out. I use it every morning on my face and neck and on my hands at night. Radiant is the right word. And it has helped lessen the dark spots I have.

    • I LOVE Paula’s Choice products. They are simple and straight to the point. I’m about to re-up on that serum and the BHA Liquid. What other products do you love?
