ThisThatBeauty Reviews: ESCADA Cherry in the Air

It’s any morning after a long night. Your alarm goes off and it takes everything you have to get out of bed.  You hit  snooze over and over again until you have to rush in order to get to where you’re going, alert and on time.  You need all the help you can get to shock your senses, fake awake and get out the door with a smile on your face.  What to do?

Spritz  ESCADA    Cherry in The Air, grab a coffee and your favorite lip gloss and you are more than halfway to a fabulous day.  With Cherry in the Air,    ESCADA    continues  its twenty year tradition of  releasing a limited edition floral, fruity summer fragrance.

ESCADA  Cherry in the Air opens with top notes of black cherry, raspberry, and just enough mandarin to wake you up and get you going. The middle contains the gourmand creaminess of coconut and  vanilla blended with marshmallow flavor molecules that you can almost taste. The fruity scent is anchored by sandalwood, oak and musk with a white suede accord that comfort and calm, bringing the  fragrance perfectly into balance.

The video below encapsulates the fun and flirtiness of this fragrance and showcases the beautiful artwork created by illustrator,  Margot   Mace and used on product packaging and promotions.

At first whiff ESCADA  Cherry  in  the  Air  is playful and young but I found that it matured a bit; as the day went on it was less bright and more soothing – the perfect way to end my day.
