Origins: GinZing Eye Cream

Touted as a “shot of espresso for tired eyes”, Origins GinZing eye cream claims to perk up overworked peepers!

GinZing eye cream utilizes a combination of plant ingredients and vitamins to help wake up the eye area for a rejuvenated and luminous appearance,”  Dr Lieve Declercq, Origins global spokesperson of plant physiology and molecular biology, explains. “It brings immediate assistance to the eye area, reviving its appearance with a blend of botanicals and brightening optics that acts like a jolt of energy.”

GinZing contains a powerful blend of:
  • Panax ginseng which combats visible signs of fatigue
  • Caffeine to soothe skin around the eyes
  • Magnolia to reduce dark circles
  • Chestnut seed to even out skin tone
  • Apple and cucumber extracts work to brighten the eyes
  • B-vitamin complex, vitamins C and E, anti-irritants, antioxidants, yeast extract and green tea
  • Shea butter, trehalose and plant glycerin , as well as natural moisturizers
The eye cream junkie in me wants to try  everything  new that promises to prevent/  eliminate  darkness, reduce puffiness, and  increase  hydration. Are you an eye cream junkie? If so, what are your favs?

  • Hi! I am really going through it as far as eye creams are concerned, and I’ve blown so much cash in the process. The one I’m currently using is Aveda Green Science line, and I’m just not impressed. My major issue is puffiness. Any suggestions? Do you think this Origins woud be good? I may be willing to try just one more time ; ) (now we all know I will , haha!)

    • @Melanie. Can you believe it took me a year to finally get on track with the right eye creams. It takes time. Don’t give up. Origins is great. Mario Badescu also offers serveral eye creams under $20. Try drugstore brannds too like Olay and Loreal. My advise for eye creams is —start cheap and work your way up bc eyes creams can get quite $$$$ I once spent over $100 on an estee lauder eye cream!

Ps: if something doesn’t work, take it back!

  • I just got a sample of this, last night. I also had a cafe au lait at 7pm, and had trouble sleeping. GinZing is my new best friend!
