There is no better name right now for a makeup collection than MAC’s newest summer launch – Temperature Rising. And frankly looking at the picture below – is there any better image for a summer launch? HOT! Heavy in glowing, shimmery, bronze goodness – this collection is quite extensive and is sure to fulfill every single fantasy you’ve ever had about being a bronze goddess for the summer.

Pro longwear Bronzing Powder – A bronzer with a more natural finish and stay power? Yes it exists. This formula comes in two shades and gives the most perfect golden glow to the skin without any added sparkle – and stays on all day. Available here for $30.00.

Strobe Liquid Lotion – If you are familiar with MAC’s cult classic – strobe cream, a pearlescent creme for the face or body, you will simply be ecstatic for its bronze sister. Perfect for the legs and arms, this lotion imparts a natural glow blurring out any imperfections with diffusers and irridescent pigments. Available here for $31.00.

Bare My Soul Palette – Fact – I can never pass up a great neutral palette and this one is no exception. Though I am not normally a fan of ultra shimmery shadows, I simply loved the texture of these and how easily they blended. And do not fear that green gem in the corner – it is a perfect liner, crease, contour or lid shade – super wearable. Available here for $44.00.

Lipstick in Sheer Seduction – Surprise! I love the nude lipstick (clearly not a surprise). This is the perfect peachy-pink nude that wears well on all skin tones and easily transitions from summer to fall effortlessly. The collection however features 3 other amazing shades that are sure to enhance a bronzed look. Available here for $16.50.

Powerchrome Eye pencil – I could not narrow these down to a favorite shade because they all are must haves. Creamy but lightweight – these pencils are great smudged at the lash line for a sultry look or used all over the lid as a base or shadow. Blending is ridiculously easy with them and are perfect for any summer getaways that may be planned. Available here for $21.00.

Tinted Lipglass – What is a MAC collection without lipglass? Am I right? Almost a cornerstone of the brand, these iconic glosses never disappoint. Giving gloss and shimmer to the tenth power, my favorite shade was (of course) Soft Serenade as pictured above. For a more subtle shimmer, the shade Liquid Passion will give just a look of sheer gloss on the lips. Available in here in 4 shades, for $16.50.
