This month, to mark its 100th birthday, Elizabeth Arden announces the launch of a special anniversary lipstick and limited edition scented candle. Both products pay homage to the luxury brand’s rich heritage and famed Red Door on Fifth Avenue, a globally recognized symbol of New York City elegance.
The special-edition lipstick comes in Red Door Red, a sheer red shade that is said to be flattering for a wide range of skin tones. Red Door Red contains triple emollient moisturizing properties of vitamin A, C and E, in addition to aloe for intense hydration. The limited edition lipstick is housed in a fancy smancy gold case. Red Door Red looks good and does good…all proceeds from sales of the lipstick will be donated to “Look Good Feel Better”, a charitable organization that helps to improve the self-image, appearance and quality of life of people undergoing cancer treatment.
The scented candle is packaged in a glass-porcelain canister that is decorated with whimsical illustrations of women and fashion looks from the last 100 years. Each image celebrates the spirit of the Elizabeth Arden woman and the iconic Fifth Avenue Red Door. The candle is scented with the brand’s classic floral Red Door fragrance.
