Can BIC Soleil Glow Make Me Happier In Winter?

My favorite time of year is summer. I don’t care how hot or how humid it gets – I will never complain. Ever! My least favorite time of year is winter. OhMyGod, please don’t get me started on how much I hate winter. In January of this year I turned 40 and told myself I need to grow up and find ways to not HATE winter because HATE is such a strong sentiment. So, I took up winter sports to try and find “something” to look forward to every winter. Confession: it’s not going so well. But I’m back in the saddle, trying to make winter happen.

Enter,  BIC ® Soleil ® Glow ®â€¦ a pastel-colored trio of razors, yes – razors! Hey, they have the word “glow” right there in their name, so I’m game! Whatever it takes to add a little sunshine to my everyday, I’m for it. Designed to effortlessly glide across skin (thanks to the adjusting flexible blades and vitamin E & aloe lubricated strips) these brightly colored razors are a fun addition to my shower. I especially appreciate the COMFORT SHEILD ® head because it evenly distributes pressure…which is a plus as I am known to very haphazardly shave my pits in under 30 seconds…hey, I’ve got a demanding toddler lurking in the door way so I’ve got to be QUICK!

While I don’t expect one brightly colored razor to be a cure-all for my winter blues, I do acknowledge that I need to give much more thought to the little things that help me better navigate the chilly winter scene. So for now, there’s the annual ski lodge spa trip with the girls, snow-angels with The Pheebs (my 2-year-old), cozy Crockpot cooking and – BIC ® Soleil ® Glow ®. Here’s to embracing winter and finding fun little accents to add in along the way that help to make the season feel more radiant and bright!
