The first challenge is complete! Congratulations to everyone who attempted to complete or completed all 1400 squats over 7 days (If you didn’t make it on the first challenge, join us now, we would love to have you.)
If you did squats all 7 days (even if you didn’t do 200 each day,) you should have noticed that by about day 4 or 5 your muscles weren’t as sore and you had a little more endurance than on day one. How did you feel? Did you complete all seven days?
Now it’s time for Challenge Number 2! As was the case with the first challenge, this is to be done in addition to any workout you are currently doing. If you are not currently on a workout plan, TODAY is a good day to start!
