Forget Your Girls…Spring Is All About Your Boyfriend

That’s right chickadees, this Spring is all about the Boyfriend!

No, I’m not talking about stepping out on your boo with a young tender-roni on the side. I’m talking about:
  • Loose tees
  • Boxy jackets
  • and Rolled-up Jeans
Ms ThisThatBeauty is in full embrace of said trend. I love the Boyfriend! It was especially cool the last time around in 19_ _ (* exact year withheld for fear you’ll no longer think I’m 19:))
Anyhoo, all’s you need to know is that Boyfriend is a trend you can believe in. I love dusting off something old and making it new again. The light colored jeans I’m rocking in the pics below were like my first 7 For All Mankind jeans ever, somewhere around 1999 or the year 2000. I may have actually paid full price (something I NEVER EVER do anymore).
Moral of the story -
It all comes back! Invest in good threads and you too can look uber fab when the trend rolls back around….

    love, love, LOVE this trend! i don’t own any actual “boyfriend” jeans but my preggo jeans are so big they look like them! i’m so happy that this trend is back! it’s so comfy..

    I LOVE this trend too, but I’m not as tall or slim as most of the girls in the photos, or even you. Any tips for the short and thick chickadees out there who want to embrace the trend?
